The pink fringe is a softer pastel than I expected, which worked way better with the balloons than a loud hot pink would have. Took me maybe two minutes to string it up, and the strips stayed put through the whole party instead of shedding everywhere.

The fringe layers on this garland are thicker than I expected, so it doesn't look cheap up close at all. I strung it along the mantle for my daughter's party and it stayed put the whole afternoon. Pink matched her cake perfectly.

Hung this across the dessert table and the pink fringe swayed nicely every time someone walked past. The letters held up fine through a whole afternoon of kids grabbing at them, and it packed away flat for next year.
