Checkered Maple Plates (Set of 8)

Hosting a birthday brunch this weekend and these plates are the unsung heroes of the table—the checkered maple finish photographs beautifully and holds up to a full spread without feeling flimsy. Eight is the perfect number for a big family gathering, and they wipe clean in seconds.

The maple checkered pattern looks even better in person than in the photos, and the set of eight gave us plenty for our dinner party. They held up through the whole meal with no warping or scratches, which I wasn't expecting from plates this lightweight.

Hosted a birthday brunch and these plates got more compliments than the cake. The maple finish is warm and the checkered pattern stands out nicely against a white tablecloth. Sturdy enough that nobody reached for a backup plate.
