It stood up on its own the whole party without me having to tape it to anything, which was a relief. The number 1 made a cute little photo backdrop for my daughter's first birthday.
The pastel pink is softer in person than I expected, and it stood upright on the cake table all afternoon without me fussing with it. My daughter kept calling it her special number one, so it was worth it for that alone.
I was worried it'd keep tipping over, but it stands up on its own just fine on the dessert table. The foil held air for the whole weekend, and it's still going strong a week later.
